Your booking is only confirmed once the business owner verifies your deposit has arrived. If payment is not received, the booking cannot and will not be confirmed — MOTIVO does not process payments and cannot guarantee or refund transfers sent incorrectly.
Please be honest and respectful with your booking time. Arrive on or near your scheduled slot, and cancel ahead of time if your plans change so the business can offer the slot to someone else.
MOTIVO is a booking facilitator. Payments are sent directly from the customer to the payment method you set up — MOTIVO never holds or processes funds.
You are responsible for verifying that a deposit has actually arrived in your account before confirming a booking. If payment was not received, do not confirm the booking. MOTIVO is not liable for payments that are never sent, sent to the wrong account due to incorrect details you provided, or disputes between you and a customer.
Keep your payment details accurate and up to date at all times. Your business will not be visible to customers until at least one payment method is set up.
